The owner's path to general contracting started with engineering studies after high school, followed by nearly two decades in the IT industry. During those years, building homes and investing in real estate remained consistent side pursuits—not hobbies, but active projects that built genuine construction skills and business knowledge. After returning to Florida in 2017, he left Corporate America to focus on renovating, investing in, and selling residential properties while steadily expanding a rental portfolio.


Market changes during the COVID period led him back into IT temporarily, but that phase allowed simultaneous growth in both the investment business and construction experience. The combination of professional project management skills from IT work and hands-on building experience from years of construction created a foundation that now serves every client project.



Earning a Florida General Contractor license in 2025 formalized that expertise and enabled the transition into full-time construction services. The license represents not just passing an exam, but validation of years spent actually building, renovating, problem-solving on job sites, and managing residential construction from planning through completion.
