Unbeknownst to me, becoming a general contractor and home builder was always part of my destiny.

Two years after separating from the United States Air Force, I built my first home in 2002 with the help of a close friend and mentor who generously shared his experience and guidance. At that time, I had no idea that construction would one day become my lifelong career.

In 2004, I joined a talented team of seven to build a multi-million-dollar steel fabrication plant in Florida, where we specialized in commercial roofing systems and successfully onboarded several hundred team members. Over the years, I traveled across the country helping to start up and staff fabrication plants, gaining extensive experience in sales, procurement, engineering, quality control, logistics, and customer service.

Despite the success in the commercial sector, my heart remained in Florida and in the art of building homes. In 2016, I returned to Northeast Florida to pursue my passion for residential construction, buying, remodeling, renting, and selling homes. That journey led to the founding of Anew Property Investments in 2017.

Having worked in nearly every facet of construction, I approach every residential project with the same precision, discipline, and attention to detail that I learned from my commercial experience. I believe those qualities, along with integrity and strong follow-through, are what set me apart in this industry.
